Why choose a Wedding Consultant?

According to statistics, an average bride can spend 200 ~ 250 hours organising her wedding.  Many of today’s couples are very busy, and do not have the time. Plus, it can all be quite stressful. My job as your wedding consultant is to take the stress away, to offer my experience, to negotiate on your behalf, to take care of details, and last but not least, to make sure that everything goes off to perfection – in other words, to ensure that you have the most magical day of your lives!

Are you available for Weddings outside of Auckland and Northland Regions?

Yes – Although Weddings by Cooper are an Auckland based wedding planner, we are passionate about helping you create lasting memories and would love the opportunity to work with you on your dream wedding whether it be within Auckland, New Zealand or Overseas, just Contact Us to discuss.

Will Weddings by Cooper personally handle and attend our reception?

This will depend on the type of Wedding Package you decide upon but for our Waiheke, Motutapu & Rangitoto Packages we will, at a minimum, guide you through the ceremony and through the start of the formalities at your reception.

I want to plan my own wedding but I don’t know where to start, can you help?

Definitely – Weddings by Cooper have packages that may suit.  Our Maungawhau Package is ideal for those who know what they want, including a venue, but are unsure on some design ideas, budgeting or just want advice.  In addition the Kawau Package offers insight and contact details of some of what we consider to be “the best” venues / vendors to suit the style / theme of your wedding.

How long are Wedding Consultations?

These can be done in as little as an hour via personal meeting at a favourite cafe, phone, email or Skype - which ever is the most convienient.

 

Can Weddings by Cooper plan my NZ wedding even if I am based in the UK, USA, Europe, Australia?

Weddings by Cooper will take care of every little detail including making payments on your behalf to the vendors from payments made into our account.  You will able to make all the important decisions regarding your special day via Skype or email communication.  Rest assured your dream wedding will be just that.

Can I afford a Wedding Planner?  How much does a wedding planner cost?

As an Auckland based Wedding Planner, Weddings by Cooper has access to some of the most respected and well known wedding vendors available, many of whom offer discounted rates to our clients, up to 20%.  Although there are costs involved in hiring a wedding planner the discounts offered by our recommended vendors can be more than the costs associated with using our services.

What areas does Weddings by Cooper operate in?

As an Auckland based Wedding Planner, Weddings by Cooper can offer planning for weddings within the Auckland City, West Auckland, South Auckland, Northshore and Waiheke Island.  We also have experience in Rodney, Franklin and Bay of Islands.  Rest assured any weddings from Kariotahi - Matakana - Managawhai - Bay of Islands can be catered for by Weddings of Cooper.  Contact us now for more information.
