• Develop and manage a wedding planning timeline, reminding you of all appointments and matters needing your attention.
• Attendance at all vendor meetings if required
• All correspondence with vendors  on your behalf, communication of information via detailed email
• Assistance with décor/ style / theme / design
• Maintain RSVP list if required
• Rehearsal dinner planning and attendance if required
• Honeymoon suite arranged and decorated
• Coordinator assistant throughout entire wedding day up until the end of the formalities
